If you know what you are talking about, are relaxed, prepare a bit but not too much, then your presentation will go well. The usual problem is panic! One way to get over this is exposure. If you are really scared of public speaking and can't make yourself do it, one or two sessions with an NLP practitioner will take care of the problem.
